Let's see how to vent the hydraulic cylinder
Apr 06, 2022
After inspection, if it is found that the hydraulic cylinder components are normal and there is no oil leakage problem, the air in the cylinder needs to be emptied. This is because if air enters and is not cleaned in time, the oil in the cylinder of the hydraulic press mixes with the air, which may cause the piston of the machine to become unstable, such as wobbling or creeping.
If this problem is solved, the air in the hydraulic cylinder should be discharged in advance. Of course, this needs to be done with ventilation equipment. -Generally, the ventilation equipment of the hydraulic press is generally placed in the hydraulic circuit of the machine
the upper end of . However, in the case of casting equipment, a straight device is required.
In this case, due to the mixing of air, the machine may run abnormally, or the sealing member may be burned due to the high temperature stroke of the thermal insulation equipment. Therefore, for safety reasons, in foundry machines, the venting of hydraulic cylinders is generally located in the cylinder barrel below the piston.
After the exhaust equipment is installed, appropriate adjustments need to be made to achieve the desired exhaust effect. The adjustment steps for the hydraulic cylinder exhaust equipment of the hydraulic press are as follows:
1. First reduce the working pressure to a suitable level, and then start the hydraulic cylinder;
2. During the reciprocating stroke of the piston, check whether the vibration and creeping conditions of the machine are severe;
3. When the pistons alternate, seal the air outlet with gauze, and open the exhaust valve to complete the exhaust.
