Although from the design point of view, the piston rod does not want to bear radial forces, it is directly limited by the actual structure when used. It inevitably bears a large part of its radial external force. Therefore, the length of the piston must be appropriate, usually 0.7 to 1.0 times the outer diameter of the piston rod.

The piston rod increases its guiding effect and increases the support surface area, which reduces wear and increases the life of the hydraulic cylinder. The quality of the hydraulic cylinder is largely dependent on the quality of the piston rod, so the piston is machined on request.

Generally speaking, the error of product outer diameter, inner hole roundness and cylindricity should not be more than half of its dimensional tolerance. The coaxiality tolerance of the outer diameter, the inner hole and the sealing groove should be within 0.02mm. Pass
