(1) When the piston rod and the stuffing box are assembled, there is a deflection, which causes local mutual friction, and should be adjusted in time;

(2) The holding spring of the sealing ring is too tight and the friction force is large, so it should be adjusted appropriately;

(3) The axial clearance of the sealing ring is too small, and the axial clearance should be adjusted according to the specified requirements;

(4) The amount of oil supplied is insufficient, and the amount of oil should be appropriately increased;

(5) The running-in of the piston rod and the sealing ring is poor, and the running-in should be strengthened during the grinding;

(6) Impurities are mixed in gas and oil, which should be cleaned and kept clean.
